A simple Recipe and great if you have veggies you don’t know what to with!
1. Chop veggies (strips work nicely)
2. Roast veggies on a baking tray (any veggies you have) with a drizzle of olive oil salt and pepper
3. Once roasted, transfer to a puff pastry sheet
4. Sprinkle some Feta on top (optional)
5. Place back in the oven until pastry is cooked and done.
Quick and delicious!!
